blue monday
Today – as far as we are concerned — is certainly not Blue Monday. In fact, we refuse to accept the whole concept! Blue Monday is a term that came across the pond in England about 15 years ago. It's said to be the day of the year when we feel our gloomiest and most unhappy. However, in reality, this concept is the invention of travel companies that hoped to sell more sunny holidays. They even brought in a scientist to back it up! This psychologist, Cliff Arnall, has since distanced himself from his findings on the matter and has refuted his scientific arguments on it. So, let's celebrate Blue Monday instead!
